High Production Continous Carbonization Furnace
 

The continuous carbonization furnace can be continuously carbonized for 24 hours, and can be discharged while feeding. After the continuous carbonization furnace starts to be carbonized, the furnace body is rotating. The special spiral inside the furnace body can make the materials in the furnace body move forward or backward during the furnace body rotation. By controlling the rotation speed of the furnace body, different carbonization can be achieved. For materials that require longer carbonization time, the speed can be adjusted slower, and the residence time in the entire carbonization furnace is shorter. For some short carbonization times, such as straws, the furnace body can be adjusted to rotate faster. In this way, the movement of the material is faster and the carbonization time is short.

Continuous carbonization furnace is mainly used for: peanut shells, sawdust, corn stalks, bagasse, tree branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, sorghum stalks, sunflower husks, distillers grains, sorghum stalks, coconut shells, apricot husks, coffee grounds, cotton stalks , Bean stalk, potato grass, dead leaves, Chinese medicine residue, hemp stalk, palm shell, electronic waste, cans, waste wires, sludge, household garbage and other materials with biomass properties are carbonized. The diameter of the raw materials should be less than 15cm, and the humidity should be less than 20%. If the humidity is above 20%, the raw materials need to be dried, and then carbonized when the humidity reaches the requirement.

Working Process
1. LPG  the machine. The machine needs to be preheated, which takes about 1 hour. It takes 20-30kg of LPG to  once, and the whole process only needs to the LPG once.

2. When the preheating temperature reaches 280°-330°, the preheating is completed, and the raw materials are put in (when the raw material is coconut husk, the furnace temperature is 330 degrees, and the raw materials are lighter raw materials such as palm husk, rice husk and wood chips. Discharge when the temperature in the furnace reaches 280°.)
3.  the combustion chamber. After carbonization for 10-20 minutes, feel and observe that there is hot gas generated in the combustion pool, light the gas, the combustion chamber burns, close the flame, and no longer use LPG.
4. A round of carbonization takes 20 minutes
5. The discharging is a cooling process, the condenser tube, double layer, the carbonized raw material is discharged inside, and the outside is filled with water for cooling.
