1. This machine is carefully processed by high-quality stainless steel, and the heating method can be electric heating.
2. Using digital temperature control, the temperature difference accuracy is +-2 degrees Celsius, the temperature is controlled at 300 degrees, and the high temperature upper limit power-off function is designed. The temperature exceeds the set temperature by 10 degrees Celsius and the power is turned off, and the temperature is safe.
3. It adopts multi-funnel design, which has the advantages of clean slag discharge, no dead corners, no residue, keeping the interior clean, and easy to clean.
4. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation special motor and frequency conversion speed regulator control, the frying time range is adjustable from 20 seconds to 15 minutes, the equipment is widely used, and it is suitable for various frying process foods.
5. The upper and lower double-layer mesh belts are designed to keep the frying color of the product even when the product floats during the frying process, and will not cause uneven frying of the floating food.
