PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The plastic coating extruder mainly coats the outer layers of various iron wires, iron pipes, steel pipes, aluminum pipes, metal hoses, etc. The outer coating is mainly made of different plastics such as PVC, PE, PP, PA, etc. Can be an ordinary iron pipe, stainless steel pipe, aluminum pipe, and other different materials.

Features

The production line is composed of a steel pipe stacking conveyor, tractor (one front and rear), right-angle coating die, single screw extruder, cooling device, etc. Each steel pipe can be connected by joints to realize continuous coating extrusion. The pipe products produced have the characteristics of dense coating, uniform thickness of the plastic layer, stable size and smooth appearance.
