Processing flow of paper egg tray production line:
Step 1: Put the prepared raw materials,such as waste paper carton,newspaper etc into hydrapulper,

Stept 4: Pumping the prepared paper pulp from mixing pool 2 by pulp pump into molding machine,
then the mold on the top sink into paper pulp completely,under the pumping action of the mold which

pulp is pumped out,then the wet paper tray was formed on the surface of the mold.

Step 5: When the molding machine working,the water in the pulp will pumped out by the vacuum

Step 7: Dying,the wet paper tray on the mold is about 2.5mm thickness and contain 75% moisture,then
