Introduction of Cashew nut processing line:
The Cashew nut processing machine is mainly used to process cashew nuts from raw cashew nuts to cashew kernel.
According to the different output of cashew nut processing machines, it can divide into small cashew nut production lines and fully automatic cashew processing plants. Although the two lines' production efficiency is different, they both have a higher integrity rate, and the cashews will not damage. It can meet different customers' needs to process cashew nuts.
 

Workflow of Cashew Nut Processing Line:

1) Cashew washing machine: Wash the cashews. (optional)
2) Cashew Grading Machine: The cashews are divided into several grades. (The same size cashews are shelled together, the completeness rate of cashew kernels is high) (optional)
3) Cashew Nut Steamer: Cook the cashew nuts with electricity or gas. (The cashew nuts will become soft after heating, and the cashew nut shell and kernel will separate after cooling, which is convenient for the cashew nuts to be shelled.)
4) Cashew Cooler: Cool the cooked cashews. (optional)
5) Cashew sheller: Shell the cashews.
6) Cashew Nut Separator: Separates the shells and kernels of the cashew nuts.
7) Cashew Nut Dryer: Dry the nuts for easy peeling.
8) Cashew peeling machine: Peel the nuts to get clean cashew nuts.
9) Cashew Grading Machine: Grading the cashews into grades. (Large cashews, great value) (optional)
10) Cashew roaster: can roast nuts. (optional)
11) Cashew Nut Packing Machine: Pack the nuts into pouches or vacuum bags. (optional)

Working flow of  cashew nut processing line:
1. Cashew cleaning machine: The machine is made of high quality stainless steel. The number of brush rollers in the machine can be customized according to customers' requirements. The cashews can be directly put into the washing machine, and the clean cashews can be obtained after a few minutes.
2. Cashew nut grading machine: Pour all the cashews into the cashew grader, separate the different sizes, and come out of the outlet below according to the size.
3. Cashew cooking machine: Fresh cashews have a hard, thick, green shell, rich in oil, which is toxic and can cause skin allergies after contact, even life-threatening. So they should be heated in the cooker over 100 ºC so that they can be shelled easily.
4. Cashew nut shelling machine: According to the width of cashews before the shell is removed, the cashews are divided into 4-10 grades.The cashew crusher is easy to operate, high efficiency, suitable for cashew plant.
5. Shell kernal separator: One feeding, shell kernel automatic separation, easy operation; High production capacity.
6. Cashew kernal classfier: Because the size of cashew nuts is different, the classification machine is needed to distinguish the nuts.Later packaging will change accordingly.
7. Cashew kernal peeling machine: Applicable to peel different size of cashew nut. Peeling rate reach above 95%. It applies advanced Air Compressor technique to peel off  skin naturally, which guarantees the quality.
8. Cashew nut roaster: The roaster machine can use electricity, gas and other heating methods, and it is suitable for roasting all kinds of nuts. 
9. Packing machine: After the roasted cashews are cooled, the machine packs the cashews and completes the final step of the production line.
