This machine is mainly composed of a band saw machine, a sports car and an underground transmission device. Its structure is described as follows:
1. Band saw machine part: consists of eight parts: body, upper and lower saw wheel, upper saw wheel lifting and lowering device, tensioning device, saw blade guiding device, braking device and sawdust scraper device.
2. Sports car part: It is composed of bed, wheels, friction car pendulum device, jamming stakes, numerical control footage system, jamming stake fine-tuning mechanism and automatic wood grabbing device, etc.
3. Underground transmission device: a 7.5kw motor is used to replace the cycloid reducer. The reducer is equipped with a chain plate, which directly drives the main shaft through the chain for transmission.
Its characteristics:
1. Electric operated to do the up and down movements, which allows a greater stability of the blade and higher cutting speed
2. The band saw is a high-speed dust-proof overall structure with sufficient rigidity.

5. The logs on the sports car are required to be fed according to the size of the plate and square, which can be controlled by a CNC system. The sports car is convenient in operation, simple in installation, and reliable in use. It is integrated with the band saw The quality of processed wood is good, the efficiency is high, and the energy is lighter than the labor intensity of workers.
