Description of egg washing line
Large-scale egg cleaning and sterilization line, which integrates cleaning, light inspection, sterilization, oil spraying, and grading, performs continuous processing of eggs, with large processing capacity, convenient and fast, and is an ideal choice for the egg processing industry.

Features of egg washing line
1. The egg loading system is made of two rows of corrosion-resistant soft materials, which will not damage the eggs and increase friction so that the eggs can be evenly loaded.
2. The cleaning system is made of specially curved wire with abrasion-resistant material to effectively remove stains on the surface of the eggshell.
3. The candling system uses a professional LED cold light source to emit from the bottom of the egg and manually pick out the unqualified eggs.
4. Sterilization system, through ultraviolet light irradiation or ozone sterilization, kills bacteria on the surface of eggs.
5. The oil spray system sprays food-grade white mineral oil on the surface of the cleaned eggs to extend the shelf life of the eggs.
