Used tire cutter
It can be applied to cut all kinds of rubber blocks and strips. It is good for cutting rubber tire, rail tire,
rubber strips etc.
Structure:
It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, a pair of knives, machine shelf and rotation rotors.
Work Principle:
The motor drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder; put the tire between two knives, it will be fixed by a
locking arms, then the knives will be driven by the movement of cylinder, which makes the two knives
form into a scissors, and cut the tire further.
Features:
This equipment is equipped with big knives, which owns such features as good cutting effect, high cutting
efficiency, low power consumption, small in size, and easy to remove. Owing to the application of hydraulic
system, it is convenient in operation and with good safety protection.
