The foaming machine is to shred the waste foam, such as: foam fast food boxes, foam packaging boxes,
thermal insulation materials, TV sets, air-conditioning refrigerator outer packaging foam and other white
foam wastes, and then spirally push them to the plasticizing area. The outer wall of the cylinder is heated
and plasticized, extruded into a lump, and becomes a block after cooling.
The heating method adopts a 220V electric heating coil.

The foaming machine greatly saves labor transportation costs and turns waste into treasure. Waste foam
processing has become an indispensable part of waste recycling and reuse.

Operation guidance:

1. After the motor is installed, connect to the three live wires. After power-on, first debug the forward and
reverse rotation of the motor (the position of the pulley has the correct steering mark). If the steering does
not match, you need to stop and exchange any two of the three live wires.

2. The single machine is equipped with 2 pieces of 220V heating coils. Each heating coil has 2 binding posts.
Any live wire and a neutral wire can be connected and then connected to another heating coil in parallel.
After heating for 30 minutes, it can be turned on for feeding and running. 

3. Before starting the new machine, it needs to be filled with butter (see the butter filling mark for details).
After daily use, add a little butter every 3 days. Reinforce screws and other daily maintenance!
