The charcoal briquette machine is one of the main machines in our plant.
It is mainly used to use the screw extrusion principle to process charcoal powder mixed with a certain proportion of liquid binder into different bar shapes like cubic, hexagonal, square, finger, and other shapes briquette, with a certain strength, also you can choose to make the briquettes with or without a hole in the center part.
The utilization of this machine can make full use of the charcoal powder or coal powder material, it reduces the cost of fuel, and improves the calorific value of raw material.

Size: cubic shape with 25mm,26mm; it can be Customized to your needs
Hexagonal shape with a diameter of 5cm, length from 3-40 cm

Working principle:
The motor transmits the power to the reducer through the V-belt, and the reducer transmits the power to the propulsion shaft through the coupling, and the propeller on the propulsion shaft pushes the coal material out through the mold.
